for friday night meditation. I will be doing the highest meditation at 2 am hawaii time–all you have to do is nothing–you can sleep through it and still receive the benefits. You will get it if you just leave your name and your mothers name here. if you want to learn more about what I do, then you can ask me for info on this thread too. If you are a beginning meditator..that is cool. If you are more advanced and want to proceed ask and I will tell you what to do. (advanced means=you can slow your pulse).
