to give the first prayer for Obama inauguration—we did it! we got Obama to respond to the people! (a first for a long time). The first openly gay bishop praying for the first african american president’s term–this fits and feels so much better. They say Obama will speak about closing gitmo–hope he forces peace in the middle east too! (it is in his power)!
