focus your breathing until you can make the crown of your head feel a vibration. Divine energy is in the middle of your brain behind the sinuses and directly down from your crown. when you feel that part of your brain pulsing, that means you are AT the GATE and standing before the THRONE. ( your nose might be running, your breathing should be slowed and your pulse should be significantly slowed down).
