I went to yet another doctor yesterday. Three times I lowered my blood pressure and slowed my pulse on purpose. She helped me by taking my pulse and blood pressure. I realized I’ve been doing this for a long time. I just didn’t realize the way I get mentally then had anything to do with meditating as it finally soaked in on me, it’s not lack of thought but focused thought. Whee haw! This is great. Now that I’ve got that down I can go in and out of it really easily. DOH Sometimes I’m not the slickest noodles in the pile, am I?
