Meditation Breathing – Step Two

Take a cleansing breath in then out… then… begin the three part exercise of breath, when you are breathing in for ten, think about the crown of your head being a computer that is downloading all the holy information that exists…then while holding, think about containing that holy info that scans your body to rid it of any virus… when releasing for ten count, think about passing the sacred info into the natural world, where all green things need it in order to breathe…(they breathe in what we breathe out). This reconciles opposites and strengthens your middle.
When your middle (cup) is full, your need to share will grow stronger.
