Targeted under England’s draconian “thought crime” laws for posting the verdicts of the International Common Law Court of Justice, ITCCS member David Compan has been re-arrested and incarcerated without charges for one month at the Park Royal Mental Health Centre in London.

“They’re holding him because he won’t tell them where he got the common law proclamations from. They’re ‘assessing’ him for one month but there’s no charge against him” described ITCCS organizer Rhianne Mockridge from Coventry.

Rhianne, David and others have made local headlines in England after they occupied a Catholic church in Coventry and posted the citizen arrest warrants against former Pope Benedict, Queen Elizabeth and other officials who were found guilty of crimes against humanity last February. (seewww.itccs.org)

David Compan is the second high profile ITCCS activist to be imprisoned without charges since the common law court verdict. Steve Finney of Kitchener, Ontario was arrested without cause and held in prison for three days last October until released by protests from around the world.

The ITCCS Central Office in Brussels calls on its British members and supporters to secure David Compan’s immediate release by mounting protests and occupations at Park Royal Mental Health Centre and at British diplomatic offices in other countries.

Contact the hospital and demand David’s release, at:
