  2. Las Vegas has historically provided a venue for “the great ones” to showcase their talents, allowing the general public to witness entertainment masters at their craft. Sinatra, Rickles, Rivers, Elvis, Martin, and scarce others needed only a microphone to captivate an audience. Sadly, there are few entertainers currently that can dazzle audiences without the use of lavish backdrops, lasers, pyrotechnics, and extravagant technology – that is except for the living legend standing in front of the mic at the Laugh Factory – Roseanne Barr.

I had the honor to spend Valentine’s Day at a front table at Roseanne’s show. Before speaking a single word, Roseanne had me riveted. Standing a scarce few feet in front of me was the lady who I had invited into my living room via television for so many years. Here stood a woman who changed the face of comedy and television with the courage to speak honestly about REAL life, REAL people, and REAL families. That playfully devious glimmer in her eyes is as bright as ever, and her warm smile makes you feel like you’re in the company of a close friend. Then, with a gentle clasping of the microphone in front of her, the magic begins, and you’re in Roseanne’s world – and all of your worries are replaced with roaring laughter. Without flashing lights, extravagant costuming or lavish sets, there’s nothing but you and Roseanne – and nothing could make it more captivating.

I awoke the morning after the show with a Roseanne hangover – a smile on my face, sore abs from laughing and a feeling of honor that I had the rare of opportunity of spending an evening in a small room with one of the great ones. I spent Valentine’s Day with Roseanne and you didn’t – Neener, neener!

I SAW YOUR SHOW AT THE TROPICANA TWO WEEKS AGO SITTING IN THE FRONT ROW – HAD MY CAMERA WITH ME TO TAKE A PICTURE UNTIL I FELT A BIG HAND ON MY SHOULDER TELLING ME “THAT WAS NOT ALLOWED” I GOT ONE SHOT OFF BEFORE HE CAME BUT IT DIDN’T TURN OUT THAT GREAT. THE SHOW WAS GREAT AND I HOPE YOU GET ANOTHER WEEKLY T.V SHOW – WE ALL MISS YOU ON T.V. I HAVE BEEN MARRIED 51 YEARS AND I MAKE GIFTS FOR STARS I ADMIRE – ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHERE IS THE SAFEST PLACE I CAN SEND IT TO. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE LAUGHS OVER THE YEARS.

  4. Three years ago I witnessed a Hospitals neglangence on routine surgury for my Mother.I witnessed her Horrific Death. For about two months I kept having these Horrific nightmares and my Cousin said ” You need to get your mind in a Happier place, so why don’t you watch the Season 1 & 2 of Roseanne”? So I did! I’ve watched them so much in the past, that all I had todo is close my eyes and my mind was in such a calm, happy state, that I slept at least 5hrs without any nightmares. I.did this routine for almost three years. So the Lawsuit is over and now I feel I can finally grieve, and try to move on the best that I can! I’m friends with Roseanne for President and saw a post on Facebook to see her in Vegas! I didn’t even have to think about it. She’s 9hrs away but I wanna see the Person that gave me Peace at night and a lot of Happiness in my Heart while I was going through this ordeal! So on Feb 7th, I’m going to be at The Laugh Factory to see my Favorite Comedian and in my eyes my Hero Roseanne Barr. A part of me feels that this gift is from my Mother, who I miss every second of the day,but i feel this chance to see you is from her! XOXO I can’t wait!! P.S. If. You see a Fat Chick Crying, Its tears Of Joy!!!

  5. Roseanne, you are the most brilliant comedian I’ve ever heard. I’ve never seen you on or in any show that hasn’t made me smile or laugh out loud. You’ve helped me through twenty plus years of chronic back pain that, at times, leaves me bedridden, five months at a time the longest, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the smiles and laughs. I wish I could see you in person. Best of luck but I know you’ll both rock and own the stage!

  6. Will you please tell them you were personally invited to the tiny town of quincy california to meet me.
    Love Always
