By the People For the People With the People

From Jim Cortez, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation

Living in the poorest place in America, Prisoner of War Camp #322, or better known as the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, we have been made many promises by the US Government. None were kept. In the last 100 years only TWO U.S. Presidents have visited the reservation; Teddy Roosevelt and Bill Clinton. Barack Obama befriended many Tribes when he was running for office the first time, he made many promises, and has not kept many of those promises. None of them have.

We are not looking for hand-outs. We are not looking for band-aids. We are looking for self-sufficiency. We need jobs, economy, education and cultural preservation. We need someone who can speak not only FOR the people, but WITH the people. We need someone who understands who we are, who we were, and where we need to go. We need a Grandmother with wisdom, integrity, and ears to hear. We need a Grandmother who will keep her promises and walk her talk, with, by, and for the People.

That Grandmother is Roseanne Barr. Ms. Barr has helped many on this reservation. She does it all quietly and humbly. No “Hollywood Ego”, no ulterior motive, never asks for anything in return. She helps, she listens, and she understands. Her actions speak louder than her words. Her money does not talk, it walks.

Ms. Barr’s platform includes renegotiating all First Nations’s Treaties. It also discusses creating economies based on sustainable premises. She is a supporter of the Lakota Log Cabin Project, a project designed to bring jobs, homes, and heat to the reservations, by using the beetle kill trees up in the Black Hills of South Dakota, by logging, milling, and transporting them to the Reservation where they will be made into homes, heat, lumber, and more.

We need a President who thinks and acts for the People.
We need Roseanne Barr for President of the United States of America.

    What most people do not seem to realize, is that Bush and Obama are distantly related cousins, and both of the belong to the Illuminati. Also, they have sold our elections to a company in Spain, where votes will be electronically transmitted, without a paper trail. To get out the vote we first have to bring our elections back home along with everything else that we have lost. This is an out right shame and disgrace.

  3. I dont need the goddamn permission of these thieves in power to tell me who I can write in come Nov 4th. I need a #2 pencil and a clear conscience about how I trust to represent me. Oh , but your vote wont be counted you say? Its NOT COUNTED ANYWAY with the electoral college!

    • James O. Ogle [Free Parliamentary] says:

      What we need is a coalition of Americans united for the purpose of establishing truly representative government based on the most advanced voting system known, the Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system, Hagenbach-Bischoof method.

      That’s where 1/1001ths (or .999%) plus one vote elects each of the 1000 members of parliament (MPs), with a minimum guaranteed satisfaction level of 99.9% plus 1000 votes.

      1000 (plus one vote) X .999 = 99.9% (plus 1000 votes)

      Believe it or not, there is such a coalition of all parties (and independents) and it’s been going for 17 consecutive years. This year we had to exand from 100 to 1000 because of the support of Honorable Roseanne Barr [Green Tea] and her supporters, but we only reached 626 names and so 100% of the votes cast counted to elect a name:

      • James O. Ogle [Free Parliamentary] says:

        Typo corrections:

        Hagenbach-Bischoff
        1000 X .999% (plus one vote) = 99.9% (plus 1000 votes)
        expand

        • James O. Ogle [Free Parliamentary] says:

          Clarification:
          1000 X .999 % (plus one vote) = 999 (plus 1000 votes)
          999 = 99.9% of 1000

          • James O. Ogle [Free Parliamentary] says:

            Honorable DJ Tenn. nYc;

            The idea is that 99.9% (plus 1000 votes) count when the elections are held under this system, so any individual who received 1/1001ths (or .999%) plus one vote gets elected.

            That’s a minimum level of 99.9% plus 1000 votes that elect a representative to the US Parliament.

            The rules of elections in most of the USA’s states do not allow write-ins, and under winner-take-all single-winner districts, often a majority of votes don’t count to elect the winner. That’s often the case in plurality elections (plurality elections=all elections that don’t use ranked choice voting or RCV in multi-winner districts).

            No one knows what the final percent will be, which elected a winner in plurality elections. Often the majority loses, and the minority (less than 50%) of the voters lose. For example, a name can win with 10% of the votes when the remaining 90% majority of the votes are split evenly ten ways (9% each) under plurality, first-past-the-post elections.

            There are laws which address the electoral college issues which you’re writing about, although I am not well versed in these laws.

            The 9th USA Parliament’s national Attorney General Minister Asa Gordon [DC Statehood] has done extensive research and pro per lawsuits on the matter.

            Check out his web page to see the direction that I think we should move in so far as the electoral college:
            http://www.usparliament.org/agministry.php
            http://www.electors.us/

            BTW, we have plenty of room for your name, and names of all people, who want to work together as a team in American politics, based on ranked choice voting (RCV) ballots cast as proof in the 9th USA Parliament.

            Be sure to contact us if/when you’d like to be elected to the Cabinet, we have plenty of full Cabinet Ministries available as well as Cabinet positions in all regions and levels.

            We’d welcome your help on as many levels/regions as you can volunteer in case your name hasn’t already been elected.

            TEAM=together everyone achieves more!

    • Christopher Michael Ward says:

      James,
      So we need a form to write people in, in ohio?

      • James O. Ogle [Free Parliamentary] says:

        Christopher, it looks like the deadline for having your write-in vote count in OH was August 26th, and so write-in votes won’t be counted for Roseanne since the deadline has passed.

        You could try to contact the OH Sec of State, Office of Elections, and find out the specific information if you have time. But according to my research, many states’ deadlines have passed.

        BTW, the parliament is orgaizing our own elections. Please contact us if you want to exercise your vote as a national MP. You can see Roseanne’s recent vote, and the sums of all other MPs here:
        http://www.usparliament.org/c-v-1.php

        Once the MPs vote (of whom you are one) then we post their vote on the web page shown above. We’re trying form a new unity shadow government, and you input is appreciated. There are many things that need to be done, and we welcome your interest and camaraderie.

  5. To some people, you running for President may sound absurd but to me, it makes perfect sense. I was very surprised and happy to hear your stance on issues such as arms and GMO’s. People tend to forget where you began and that you actually know what working class is. I realize that its a long shot, but I would like to be a part of it if for nothing else but to get people to actually use their brains. To me, you ARE what America is really about. You had a product that everyone wanted, you did not steal, legislate or scam your way to being financially independent and for that I applaud you! Thank you for all the laughs over the years and for saying what nobody else had the guts to. Please let me know what I can do to help!
