I simply challenged you about your statements, and if that’s your idea of bullying, then you will be of little help to the battle that bestows us all. But to address your response, you are on a CELEBRITY blog site……so making statements about high rolling celebrities and their negligence and waistlines leaves one to wonder why you think “celebrities” AKA Roseanne, are responsible or should feel responsible for he ruin of a country, and or their tardy response?
I just want to say, that many celebrities give big money and aid to many causes, but without showy awards and praise dinners…. They give silently, and without the “ thank –you s” of an audience, so their contributions go fully unnoticed.
In my unsolicited opinion plight of the world’s poor country’s including our own, belongs to us all.
Sometimes we just need the correct words or thoughts to inspire us into action.

i agree. When the fires in Los Angeles were displacing people in the Lake Arrowhead area, the red cross and others were collecting emergency “aid”, in their usual way. The Tibeten monks however, were giving away “cash” to anyone who said they were suffering.
I think when there are charity donations to air in devistations like this there ought to be rules about it. For one, when collecting donations there ought to be a plan that can be shown to possible donators as to where the money is actually going, showing percentages and so on. People should not blindly donate. I can say WOW so many people were very generous, yet how much did it really help the Haitians? I always ask before donating to see what percentage is actually going towards to cause and what is going towards administration and so on.

MT: You are right, so many “fairy tales” with such little “value”…..unless u know all the “keys, codes, and triggers” that are strategically placed….
Even the wizzard of Oz being an allegory for the gold standard was wrought with double intenders (sp?) not originally in the book, but later added by Hollywood. I’m quite sure Judy Garland was “part” of up too….

While the plight of haiti has been horrific, I’ve noticed in your frustration and destain that you are offering nothing more than the blame…..

I think the real question in all of this is why the Government or celebrities wait for a country to be ruined before pouring buckets of money to “save” a country.
Its all a show to try and make the USA and all the high rolling celebrites look like they give a damn…when in actuallity they will continue with there self absorbed spending and worry about the important things in life……there waistline.
I guess they spent the money on a nice big MKULTRA party for Barry….

It all boils down to pure proportional representation (PR) for the people of Haiti.
clinton was the one who made my parents on disability so poor, where we didnt have any food. we lived ok before clinton. then he wanted to cut disability. we went from buying food every day, whatever we wanted to eat (not filet mignon, but at least cheap steak and potato chips) to not having milk by mid month. clinton is a asshole, bush is a asshole talks stupid, and they say they want to help people. they made us suffer. fucken thieves and criminals is what they are.
Of course when we see Bill Clinton and Jr Bush holding hands on TV and asking for cash to help the “poor victims” we know now, to read between the lines.
and i mean between the “coke” lines too…..
