   A war has been waged for some time on American’s. Maybe not every American has felt this on a personal level, but a few of us have.
   Several years ago, a case was filed in the Federal Court in my area. It was a case I had filed. The case went sideways when the Attorney Generals attorney handling the case put it into the appeals court objecting to a ruling by Judge Boreman.
   The Court of Appeals was a nightmare. Three of the judges at the appeals court made fun of Judge Boreman being a Clinton appointee. The court of appeals judges ruled against me – stating the State Trooper had immunity. Even though the Trooper had falsified a doctor’s report, took the false police report to the prosecutor, falsely stated what he had seen, (I was told the trooper asked for charges to be filed against me as a special favor), the prosecutor filed charges based on a false police report. The prosecutor told me if I did not plead guilty she would up the charges. I refused, and the prosecutor upped the charges to a higher offence. It was a civil rights infraction because I had done nothing to fit the raised charges (nor, the lesser charge for that matter).
   The false police report put me on trial – I was found innocent.
   Later, when a law suit was filed against the fibbing officer, when he asked to produce his records during a deposition,the officer stated he destroyed his police records.
   As walked out of the court room, my attorney turned to me asking if my son was going to join the Taliban, as he added that President Bush wanted complete immunity for the officer, and what needed to be said would be said, even if it was a lie to get that ruling.
   In all fairness to President Bush, he wasn’t in the court room that day, but I am pretty positive someone else influence was.

   I downloaded this PDF as the woman was talking about it because you had to download it in order to read it. The next day, the PDF was gone from my computer. I saw where it referenced “blue force” communications technologies. I also saw that a native american communications company had expressed interest in this contract. Sad.
