  1. What an awe-inspiring sight. You have lived such a fabulous life, Roseanne, and how fortunate are we that you have shared, and continue to do share your experiences with your fans, smile.

  4. You know the Stanley Hotel – in Estes Park. Stephen King stayed there, got severely shitfaced, saw some ghosts and was inspired by the experience to write The Shining. Really gorgeous.

  5. the stanley? i have to search that

  6. Farther up? Yikes. I felt so out of shape, panting like a beagle after a mile or so. I hear you get used to it, but I’m too lazy to get used to it. We also stayed at the Stanley, which was gorgeous.

  7. my daughter lives much farther up the mountains.

  8. yes around three

  9. i used to walk down the side of that mountain every morning to the highway and hitchike 3 miles into georgetown to assist jb french the chef at the silver queen restaurant. I actually only stayed up there a few nights.

  10. Yeah, and I won’t be returning. Mountain life ain’t for me. lol Too many cliffs, overhangs, moving rocks, etc. There’s something to be said for viewing the world from that high up…once. :) It was a great view, and Linda an excellent tour guide, but once was enough.

  11. no! wow!

  12. Did I tell you I went to this cave, Roseanne?

These are stunning. The sound of the music in the cave was great. I was quite shocked when this boat came out of no where. I don’t know if any one use live down there, this was years ago when I visited these caves.

  15. see the top of the tree, the top the centre of a clock. would the cave be around 3 oclock?

  16. its on the side of the mountain not too visible in the pic

  17. I think I have just twigged, what you are on about a cave. I have spent ages looking for this cave that you lived in. I couldn’t see a cave. Then I thought this might be an American word for valley. I take it, that is what a cave means a valley.
I looks very rustic and earthy.

  18. nice view , miss the mountains . now weeds is sorta legal. maybe i never would’ve left.

Did you enjoy living here Roseanne? Does’nt your daughter still live here? I’ve been here in Colorado Springs just over a year now I dont think its to bad.

  22. There’s something sacred looking in that scene. Perhaps its the peacefulness that comes thru. Love to know more about your stay there.
