beginning meditation–

to get ready, do this several times today—(do not do this in a bathroom)—get quiet and alone and inhale breath through the nostrils for a count of  ten, hold the breath for a count of ten, and then exhale through the mouth for a count of ten.  Do it slow and steady, and then repeat, breathing normally in between each set ( inhaling, holding and exhaling each for a ten count).  Practice during the day, until you can comfortably do ten sets—it should take at least five minutes to do ten sets, at first.  Do not strain, or get lightheaded, just be slow and measured about it—

On the inhale, realize that God breathed life into living things, and breath is the way we continue to stay alive.
Using all of your focus, move that breath everywhere within your body, nourishing every living cell with it–breath is what cells crave.
As you hold and move the breath, see it nourish each cell of your body, know that you are filling each cell with pure nourishment, and you are also displacing the toxins that collect in each cell. 
 See the displaced toxins adnering to that breath and then, breathe them out through your mouth for a count of ten.
there are ten layers of negativity within your cells that must be removed, before you can even begin to build a vessel within your mind that can contain the Cosmic Information that is available to us tonight (2 am my time, Hawaii).  these are the negatives that will be removed through breath–1-fear 2-ego (feeling different) 3-feeling envious 4-feeling judgment without mercy 5-feeling hopeless 6-feeling reactive 7-craving drama, separation, depression, control. 8-craving substances 9–addiction to sexuality 10-addiction to thought and memory.  Breathe all of these things out of the cells and body. know that you are not your thoughts, your thoughts have been imposed on you, and they are NOT you.  You are now ready to prepare a vessel.  You are alive for a purpose, not human at all, but Divine.  Your Divine Purpose is to prepare a vessel to draw down Holy Information, and to contain it, (this is real joy!) and to then disperse it for the sake of humanity (this is real love!).
As the Light of the Sun descends, light two white candles…notice that the flame is white yellow and blue/violet.  These are important colors, spiritually cleansing colors…notice that the blue flame actually does not touch the wick, but hovers over it.
You are now entering spiritual time and space, and you are mentally free of the clutches of money systems, and slavery.
Begin to train yourself to crave this feeling of freedom love and joy above all other feelings–let it do its work on you.
I will find you at 2 am when I am “ascending the throne”–if you want to read about this (merkova meditation) search it here or on the net–WE WILL CONNECT TOGETHER, AND CONNECTION TO EACH OTHER AND TO THE MOST HIGH-ONENESS-IS THE WAY WE WILL ACTIVATE PEACE OF MIND ON EARTH.  we will connect in love and joy and purpose, and imagine a peaceful world of utopia.  From 2 am friday night until sundown saturday night, we will let the Light of Intelligence fill us and do Its great work through us.  we will be aware of It’s power within us, knowing that it fills us up totally until next friday when we can again access it’s divine energy of healing and wholeness.  We can fix ourselves, know this.  We can reclaim our covenant with Divinity, it is in our own cells!

    The Last Three Breaths: You are asked not to attempt this until you have made contact with your Higher Self, AND your Higher Self has given you permission to proceed. This part is to be taken seriously. The energies that will come into and around your body and spirit are of tremendous power. If your Higher Self gives you permission to enter into the MER-KA-BA, then don’t fear, for you will be ready. I recommend that these breaths be taught to you in a class setting.
    It made me a little nervous. Is this warning something to worry about? i really don’t know much about meditation but am very very interested. I look forward to future meditations!!

    Thats OK because what other people think about me is none of my business.
    Roseanne spoke of respecting others boundaries in order to be respected. go back and read that.
    No, I dont enjoy playing the victim, I enjoy playing the SURVIVOR. I was hesitant to even reveal so much of myself in a public forum but R. gave full license to discuss rage and its various causes in which it shows itself. Also being honest Im hoping will give others the courage to get honest about the shit storm you are handed as a gay person in this nation.
    Meditation is working wonders in my life and I will continue to move forward with to help myself and others.
    The people in my life also share with me not only grief but my joy as well and there is LOTS of that too.
    I DO NOT WANT your sympathy or anyone’s for that matter.
    Oculus , this not the 1st time you have directly attacked me on here and I always let it slide but not today as I wear the color purple for the number of gay people that get bullied to death.

    You actually enjoy playing the victim. You will do the utmost to make mediation not work for you. You are in your element playing the victim. I bet all the people who surround you have heard all your sob stories. Do they feel better or do they feel shit when you ramble on. Strangers will feel sorry for you. But you think that is great. You have played this role for so long.
    Timothy? do yourself a huge favour and don’t respond/react to anything DJ Tenn says. He is destructive to you. You don’t need his thoughts and words in your life. You might not think this sometimes, but you are a wonderful human being. The tone of your words tells me so. Roseanne is creating the environment for you and she is doing it beautifully.     The exercise of reprogramming is crucial, action is required, otherwise you stay right where you are in victim mindset.
    Meditation is so freeing for me right now , I can free myself of trauma victim mind and open myself up more to life in every way the more I DO this.
    I realize I didnt get to where I am overnight so I have to be patient and measured , as I slowly come back to the original truth that is me myself and I .
    Its been quite a while since I ve been there, I get glimpses sure but I see now the whole picture is possible with meditation, and perhaps this is what you meant in your earlier response about how hard it is to take a deep deep look at yourself , warts and all..
    you also spoke of the symptoms of rage and pain and how it has to do with mind control and I as a professional DJ and an avid music collector for 40 years who listens to songs repeatedly as part of my job title I wonder about the mind control the music business uses on unsuspecting listeners and has perfected to a science within the last 10 years to subjugate the populace for exploitation /degradation in every way and also a means to keep people stuck in their lower selves and if in fact how that has affected myself and others.
    Please forgive me if I tarry too long on this subject ,or if I have missed the point by over thinking it , as you said , “dont talk , just DO” and thats where I am now , off to go focus on breath and expel the 10 negatives thru my exhaled breath out my mouth.

    I meditated for years and then lost my way. And my old meditation hasn’t been helping, not for the last few years. I did yours and feel lighter, less anxious, less fearful, stronger, like I CAN HEAL!! I’m going to try to remember to focus on breathing. Thank you. The numbers and their corresponding ailments you listed….would you share where you learned that?

    W meditaion i can def take deep breaths.
    Im talking about the Merkava meditaion
    stayin in the breaths doing them regulary
    and doin the xxtended breaths to meet your higher self.
    I didnt want it to sound like i coudnt breathe
    just staying focused and continually breathing in a certain way is over whelming a lil bitt.
    All my post previously on here were in replying to DJ tenn srry if that takes me off threaddd

    this morning i’m much more centered/the middle-it’s really good! body pain is less today. knowing that if i start feeling stress i can then meditate to not a higher place,but the more extreme high if i sense the need.

  18. timothy– In order to have your boundaries respected, you have to respect the boundaries of other people. Self awareness works that way. This is your third warning about changing the subject of a thread–this thread is about meditation, not about bush and cheney or madonna, or you–it’s about the steps to freedom.
    You might be a person who cannot meditate–it requires presence of mind, which alcohol does not help. You said yourself that you smoke to much to even take one breath—don’t post on the meditation threads anymore unless you are meditating.
    DJ…knowing means nothing–doing means everything. Drugs and alcohol are ways to diminish rage and pain, but diminishing is temporary and doesn’t not solve the problem. rage and pain are the issues that meditation cures. They are symptoms of mind control. You have to do it though, and “knowing” is not “doing”. Knowing is useless without action–sometimes we do not really want to be free of our addictions and excuses. That is a lower level of life that a lot of people exist within, and no one can blame them for needing to be numb.
    Awareness is the opposite of numbness. I have been meditating for sixteen years. I do it every day and several times per day. It’s a way of being in the world, and not a fast bandaid you can put on a psychic wound. Meditation is a tool to help a person stop saying one thing and doing another. It aligns your thought speech and action.
    there is nothing more to say. If you want to deprogram your mind, then do it. If you just want to talk about deprogramming your mind, it won’t work for you.
    To everyone here: Don’t do any of this if it’s not really important to you . If you are not doing it, then don’t talk about it or post on the meditation threads. This thread is ONLY for people who are DOING the meditation, not questioning whether it works or not–there are other threads.
