   Just wanted to take a quick moment and thank you for the many wonderful touches of wisdom you have brought to my life. While risking sounding corny, watching you on television brought a sense of comfort I had never known before. Without any real parents or any sort of guidance, it was comforting to “adopt” you as my TV mom and watching you on that television helped get me through the good times and the bad.
   As an adult and learning more about you as I go (I have read both of your books and your sister’s book (which, I have to admit was a little harder to get through), I want to thank you for the touches of wisdom you have also brought to my life. Learning more about you and your life helped me, ironically enough, understand my own. For that, there aren’t enough words to express my gratitude.
   Anyways, thank you again for all that you do. Keep up with the blog and I wish you well and all the happiness in the world.
