here is how to do it:
focus your breathing until you can make the crown of your head feel a vibration. Divine energy is in the middle of your brain behind the sinuses and directly down from your crown. when you feel that part of your brain pulsing, that means you are AT the GATE and standing before the THRONE. ( your nose might be running, your breathing should be slowed and your pulse should be significantly slowed down).
SMELL THE ROSE, TASTE THE NECTAR, ALIGN YOUR HEALTHY CELLS.

i am a jew and I do not agree

meditation is the way for abused kids to heal themselves:

When you are abused as a child, you do not know you are being abused. You think your parents are just doing what all parents do. You do not know wrong from right. You are taught always to blame the blameless and to hold the guilty unnaccountable. these things you learned,as a child helped you to function in an upside down world, where you were a slave to someone else. such is the story of jacob, and his ladder into meditative clarity. (genesis).

As an adult, you have more freedom, and living with freedom contradicts, and makes obsolete the idea of slavery, and it destroys it. After you are freed from the mind of slavery, you must rewire that mind to exit the lower mind. (exodus).
You can never be master or slave again. You are free now. freedom means slaves write the laws. slaves who are now free. You must learn to rewire the negative synapses in your brain that were caused by abuse. this allows you to leave fear behind you, and where fear goes, depression follows. You must learn how to turn the negatives into positives. You do not have to get rid of the negatives, as churches tell you to do. (the d-evil is religion). You can just learn to use your negatives to fight other negatives, and that way you are increasing the positive! this is the dawning of the age of aquarius! (sign under which the messiah is born).

& its true what Johnny says, there is enough disgusting stuff happening right in broad daylight, deal with that first.
but i do feel, like torture or apartheid, its one of those scars that can never fully heal w/o accountability & reconciliation.
but we know that is not gonna happen.

i also think that 911 & the economic collapse are tied together.
as much as it was about scaring the country into war, it was also about acclimating people to lose their jobs, services, benefits.

sure attacks chomsky alot! why? Because he says there are more pressing things, like CLASS WARFARE and the robbing of american jobs and coffers and unceasing wars? 911 truthers seems stuck in time, and ignore what we could be doing right now!!! Such as hitting the streets to demand our president pass single payer!! sometimes I think 911ers are cointelpro. could it be? Chomsky says there are more important things and i agree. 911 truthers seem to be pretty middle class and well off, just sayin'. We all know that bush and co. are terrorists, so what the hell is the big fat deal, whether they blew up the buildings where the enron and anderson papers/files were stored or not? That is NOT the worst thing they did! Look at south america since iran contra!! get a clue!!! get a big fat non middle class, non conspiracy theory clue! If you can prove it then take it to court! It seems males are mostly ignorant about the meditation (prophectic kabballah) which I write about here, and practice myself, for many many many years now, but at least this guys mentions it, which is surprising and good. "Ascending the Throne" meditation is the way all sacred text is written, and it goes on today. We are encouraged to re-invent and re-imagine all sacred and profane stories in torah, and to reconcile them, which we do by meditation.
