capitalism, Mike Moore's movie
I saw it last night, and it's his magnum opus. His walk with his father was heartbreaking, as they survey the wreckage bankers have made of Detroit. This Yom Kippur, I beg the bankers who are jewish to repent for the suffering their greed has cost the world's workers. I pray that Hashem will be honored this year by his people and the good deeds they do, which are responsibilities we have as jews to bring TIKKUN OLAM to Israel, and to the world at large. tikkun olam means the correction of the twelve tribes of humanity who will begin exorcising separatism, shown the example by the tribe of david.
