there are some horrible parts to this disorder, contrary to popular belief it is not all fun and games. most of it is fun and games, but the problem comes in when you have to access a memory. You cannot find it in your mind at all, you have no memories at that moment. After a few moments of scanning the files you usually can retrieve the memory, but sometimes you will be searching the memory banks for years and forget that you live somewhere. When these kind of "attacks of amnesia" come upon you, they are absolutely terrifying. Usually you can "return to consciousness" after a few moments of concentration, but if you are overly panicked and cannot breathe, your terror can escalate to out of control proportions. You must always have your name and address and particulars written on paper on your body.
Sometimes I could not breathe and began to become panicked and violent. I learned that to control my breathing, meant I could control my panic attacks. I began to decrease my psychiatric medication after meditation began.

i am asking the preachers of this country

Obama and both Democrat-controlled houses have to stop dropping their trousers and bending over to please the wealthy white creeps who are responsible for the housing crisis. And for god sakes, stop appointing these loads to the Cabinet! Instead, they should start caring about the disproportionately minority victims of these ponzi banking schemes! Especially since Obama's strongest support came from minority communities. They are the ONLY reason he won. McCain got 57% of the white vote, Obama just 43%. Instead of just providing tax credits for all families to buy NEW homes, the government MUST build and fix homes for the poor, and they MUST provide housing vouchers for the poor to rent existing housing stock. Not just because it's the decent thing to do, but it's also the smart thing to do. It would GENUINELY stimulate the economy by creating and saving all kinds of jobs associated with the building industry. That aside, kicking poor folks out of their homes is stoned cold evil. Obama better realize that soon, or we're gonna beat him with a REAL progressive in three years. Mark my words!!!

sick secret:

some women who go back to men who have hit them are violent too--they escalate conflict by using verbal humiliation and often throw the first punch, but are then unable to withstand the strength of the man's counter attack.
Alot of guys hit women because the women are hitting them, verbally abusing them or throwing the keys to their car outside and goading them on, and they lose control of themselves. This is what it sounds like to be in the rhianna-chris brown affair.
there is no way out of violence if you are violent. the only way to win is not to play the game.
In the later stages of the game, once the guy threatens to kill her, it becomes almost impossible for her to leave. It often ends in homocide and frequently murder-homocide. It is possible for the woman not to continue to accept violence, but everything in this society is set up to make that extremely difficult.
i hope rhianna is getting counseling from a professional counselor who will tell her that there is no way for her to ever win, and that she will have to curtail her own penchant for escalating conflict by screaming at or hitting or humiliating her abuser.
I hope he gets real counseling too, that is not from a minister or his mom or any other shame based unsuccessful method that is designed to avoid dealing directly with self-control issues. I hope that they both leave each other alone and get over their faults.
I hope she does not continue to play the game with him.
If they still love each other after they learn self control and conflict resolution, then they can get back together. However, each of the violent partners needs to cease their own part in "the game". Becoming and partnering with a person who will not play is the only way for a "gamer" to escape the matrix of violence.

for those of you who joined me in a meditation last year on melting plastic, it's that time of year again. Tonight I will be attempting again to melt plastic with just my thoughts. Most of the people in power are gluttonous and old and have plastic parts of some kind in their hearts and or joints. Focusing and directing thoughts is a great way to affect matter. For those of you who have in fact learned to focus that deeply, join me again at 2 am.

truth:

mr. president,
there are many people with mental illnesses like depression, dissociation and bi-polar depression who use a prescription drug that actually helps to treat their symptoms. That prescription drug is, like many other drugs, a drug that some people abuse. Please address the de-criminalization of medical marijuana. Perhaps Michael Phelps is helped by smoking the stuff. Alot of people who drink too much, such as it appears he does, are trying to treat symptoms that medical marijuana is much better at relieving, such as depression. The end of persecuting those who seek a non pharmaceutical treatment of their mental disorders would be such a great step out of an old cruel and profit driven paradigm!!!
