For those who thought that Obama was serious when he talked about change and a new world, it is known now that there will be NO new progressive thought for the u.s. middle eastern policies...(as represented by rahm emmanuel). Israel is a theocracy based on endless war against its neighbors. It is run by right wingers who believe that their racism is holy and sanctioned. Israel believes that Palestinians are their wage slaves, a permanent underclass of people who will do the work that israelis do not want to do for less than a livable wage. They keep their servants close to them living in squalid misery so that any attempt to organize against the Israeli government can be easily put down with terrorism, arrest and destruction of entire neighborhoods paid for by united states taxpayers whenever the mood strikes.
