meditation:

breathe in breathe out ten times. then breathe in for ten counts hold for ten counts and blow out for ten counts. then breathe in and out ten times. then bend over and put your head between your knees and grab the backs of your calves as you breathe in and then blow out ten more times. then stand straight and feel the crown of your head vibrating. this is the message center. concentrate on the vibration and think about unity of mind—your mind joining with all others– becoming one mind. after you have reached the silence, walk down the street and receive the thoughts of those who pass you on the street. Give them yours.
watch for people who connect to your vibration. its all in the eyes.
