tonight is turkey taco night

i add cumin worsteychire egg and pulverize the onion and garlic so young kids can't see them, add tomato paste s and p and brown it all. lettuce tomatoes cheddar and enchilada sauce on the side. corn on the cob and watermelon and homemade guac from our own trees. with homemade margaritas and our own limes from the tree. our own bananas and mangoes too. salty salty salty...yummm..salt is a spiritual (speerchal as we say in utah) protector..sprinkle around your front door in a circle and say this: "thresholds bare!"
