i have kept

the twenty pounds i lost last year off for one year now. I am wanting to drop twenty more now. It has been easier because meditation helps to stop dissociation, which is what is at the bottom of weight gain I think. Read my meditation archives on the right for help with dissociation. Also, not wearing sweat pants and loose clothing really helps too. Nothing works better than eating less and moving more…walking an hour a day, and not eating sugar or white flour, and no more than three oz. of protein per meal. lots of broccoli and garlic with bragg’s amino acids is good good good. I will be getting the goddess boots today and will wear them and a coat made completely of seed pearls to the big party on friday night.
