i have kept

the twenty pounds i lost last year off for one year now. I am wanting to drop twenty more now. It has been easier because meditation helps to stop dissociation, which is what is at the bottom of weight gain I think. Read my meditation archives on the right for help with dissociation. Also, not wearing sweat pants and loose clothing really helps too. Nothing works better than eating less and moving more...walking an hour a day, and not eating sugar or white flour, and no more than three oz. of protein per meal. lots of broccoli and garlic with bragg's amino acids is good good good. I will be getting the goddess boots today and will wear them and a coat made completely of seed pearls to the big party on friday night.

You and I will agree to disagree about Hillary as President. I could never vote for someone because of their biology, and I have been in the "Peace Movement" long enough to know that Hillary will not bring peace. There are plenty of youtube vids out there. Codepink has made many of the ones that expose her true positions on this war, and actually, the debates are coinciding with the warmongering she will continue as she gets into office. My hope, is that somehow she will awaken to her womanhood and hear the goddess and respond accordingly... but perhaps that hope, is just magickal thinking. She will not receive my vote. She has not earned it, simply because she is a woman.

One day, I hope Cindy Sheehan will be a candidate. Wouldn't that be amazing! This election has already been purchased by corporations... how will votes be counted this time? If not by human hands and oversight, then the counting is merely a facade.

was so moving for me. Everywhere I went people came up to me and told me that the issues of class, and the way our show showed the way to survive the madness of everyday life( as a thinking working class person) helped them through rough times. This made me feel great. My mother loved it. She can turn off the parts of her that need sleep. I started to allow myself to feel tired and sleep after I became integrated. We have never been alone together in another country. My mother is me and I am my mother.

i am happy

that so many people feel optimistic over barack obama. I am not going to down them for that. I think it helps people to feel they are involved in something new and good. I am just going to keep my opinions to myself right now. It does me no good to be seen as a negative. I hope I catch the positive barack obama feeling too! I am not going to contribute any longer to the tearing apart of the democrat party in any way. I will support the democrat candidate whoever that is, and I will only speak of the terrible mess the republicans in government have made of this country and of the world. They all do it, including Obama. I will support ANY DEMOCRAT CANDIDATE, no matter who it is...My first choice is to DRAFT GORE, my second choice is actually John Edwards, the only candidate to talk about the divide between rich and poor in this country. Roasted chicken and beef burger
Buy preroasted chicken breast, thigh, leg, etc...
1 lbs ground beef, chuck, etc...
1 small onion, white or red diced
1 Tbsp Housin sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
1Tbsp Worstesher sauce or to taste
1 egg
bread crumbs

Mix ground beef 75% to 25% roasted chicken with all ingredients except bread crumbs... bread crumbs are used in case the meat mixture is too loose. Add bread crumbs for desired consistancy.

Portion to desired burger size and pan fry till dark golden brown on each side... put in 400 degree oven until cooked - five minutes approx.

serve with avacado, horseraddish cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoe and extra onion slices if desired... mustard and mayo are my favorite condiments! This burger is to die for! Very tender and flavorful!

I erred...

...when I said oprah refused to have Hillary on, and it was brought to my attention that I had not checked the facts, and in fact Hillary will be on Oprah closer to the election. I get so carried away sometimes I make big fat stupid mistakes and apologize profusely to everyone i have offended/wronged/blasphemed and irritated..anyway, I am so very glad that Hillary will be on Oprah later, and hopefully never again on tyra banks' show.

i will now

allow everyone to voice their opinions on the election here, even if I don't agree with their views. I will not tolerate sexism or racism here though! Anyway, here's a recipe for the fried potatoes i make every morning for J and Buck: I bake it in the microwave the night before, then melt butter, and sautee garlic onions and green peppers in that and add a little virgin olive oil, then i cut the potatoes up and add them to the big old skillet. I use garlic pepper, greek seasonings, sweet paprika and white pepper plus a shot of Bragg's liquid amino acid...turn turn cook cook... add over medium fried egg on top. Then Buck drowns it all in five pounds of ketchup, but it is very very good!!! cole slaw dressing: half cup best foods mayo, quarter cup sugar eighth cup white vinegar...use a little over cut cabbage. barb q sauce: add cherry coke and molasses to regular recipes for it! Parmesan cheese hunks and greek olives with red wine and homemade tomato soup.

Rammussen polls makes the case that Edwards is the strongest candidate, Clinton the weakest.

I am so sorry for sounding like I don't like Oprah or Obama. I do. Oprah has been a force for good for a long time, and I just got carried away with my preference for Hilary over Obama. I think she is smarter and better than he is, but either of them is better than any Republican, and will get my vote no matter who ends up on top. I got upset because I felt Oprah was adding to the divisiveness in this country. I am sorry Oprah, I really do admire and love you for all the good you do and have done in this country and the world at large. I am just so worried about another Republican getting in, my stomache hurts and I can't sleep, and I go over the top sometimes!

I like Obama too!

I like Hilary for the discussions about sexism that come up now. I like Barak Obama for the way the subject of race just appears. These two things form two of the four pedestals upon which the foundation of America rests. The other one is Class, which I allow two pedestals, since it is the biggest subject in the world, now then and forever into the future. Alot of people who are white will vote for Obama and turn their backs on the black children in the inner cities of America, and on the still suffering victims of Katrina.
That is because of Class, not race and not gender. Class erases Race, and Class erases Gender. But within the race or gender itself, there will still be class divisions. Within the Class, seperation occurs first by gender, and race second. Each ranking will ultimately be about class. Like Chris Rock's saying there are good black people and bad black people, and the bad ones are the uneducated illiterate ones, the good are the middle class ones...(I was appalled at him for saying these things, by the way, but I find that the subject of class never even enters into people's minds at all in this country, despite the fact that everything is about economics here) ! That was a statement about class, not race. Obama is about class and not race too. He needs to start talking about class if he wants my vote.

feeling pissed off

that a woman finally made it all the way through the boys' club alive, to make history and that fact isn't even acknowledged. Hilary is the only woman who ever made it through this far. I have decided that having a woman president before any man of any color is what these times call for. i am a feminist, and I will die one. It matters that a woman made it through. i made it through and i know the horror and the pain a woman must endure from this woman hating culture to succeed. Hilary I am proud of you. You did it for all of us, black and white, and brown. A black male president should come after your presidency. One man is as good as another, no matter their color, no matter their creed. They are all men, and the propping up of any of them is old and tired and over. It's Women's time now, and the world needs us!!

it is amazing that she was beat down so harshly for trying to bring health care to this country, and yet she has survived. I was happy to hear her say that she intends to keep her promises to the people for health care and some form of fairness and protection from predatory republicans.

Bush pushes to partition Jerusalem, and for once I agree with him. There is no other way to go for israelis. Jerusalem must be shared in order to have world peace. Is Israel a democracy or a theocracy?
The US must stop sending 30 cents of every taxed dollar to Israel's dangerous and irresponsible nuclear arsenal. Israel has 600 nuclear weapons, courtesy of the israeli lobby and its american supporters.
Most of the right wing jews and christian zionists here in america would never live in israel for a second, so out of their own guilt they instead arm it to the teeth, thinking that at least they are helping to make it more secure in the face of its "enemies".
This type of thinking (bill kristol's) is as stupid as anything Bush has ever said or done. You make PEACE with your neighbors to be secure, not war.
Bill Kristol and his ilk have pocketed and grown fat on american taxpayer money, and built another walled-in ghetto for jews to live in, cut off from the economy of the area around them, just like in Warsaw, Poland.
Bill Kristol needs to leave the us and go live there himself, as do speilberg and any other american that promotes zionism.
As a jew myself, I say that there is no blood covenant between anyone and God. God does not require hatred and division, war and seperatism at all. I hope that jews will come to their senses and leave childhood ritual abuse and programming behind and enter a new age bravely breaking away from proscribed religious slavery of the mind.

jerusalem

i noticed that the subject of dividing jerusalem into three was covered on the front page of drudge report today. This was the first time I ever saw the story make it to the news.
I have written here of my desire to see that happen...a tribunal of muslims, jews and catholics administering the City of David according to the vision of David himself:
Jerusalem as a living example of International Interfaith.
I see the three different interpretations of Abrahamic Law (which was basically about replacing human and animal sacrifice with a monetary system) becoming ONE together. I see the rebuilding of The Temple in Jerusalem as allegorical. The thought of it still relevant today.
This is what was taught in the temple: brotherhood and peace, charity, justice and the apportioning of wealth to include caring for the poor. No private wealth was allowed. The top ten percent of the GNP of the city went first to caring for the needy and the poor, and the orphans. David's wife was Arab.
THE CITY OF DAVID is about Utopian Peace.

those damn pigs!

have eaten up all my veggies and plants and grass..the only good thing there is that they are tilling the gorgeous soil for me, so i won't get too mad at them. there were at least ten including two big daddies with tusks outside our house when we came home yesterday...they had two mamas and three tiny babies eating our mac nuts like it was christmas in pig heaven!!! I am going to have to shoot them myself now...luckily i am good with a rifle, but i prefer to not piss off the native folk here who require that a pig be trapped by dogs and then stabbed thru the heart by a man weilding a knife...it is a holy ritualistic thing to the hawaiian men here. I better get some of them removed somehow though...why are there no wolves here?

i tried to hook brad pitt up with acorn in new orleans, since we were already re-building houses in the ninth ward there...but i could not reach him. i have fallen out of the hollywood loop in a big way! I wish him luck, and think he is doing a great thing down there, but the thing I did was better...offering locals jobs in doing the rebuilding through acorn.org..if anyone reading this knows brad pitt, tell him to get in touch with acorn in nola!
I have moved my help over to cangleska indian tribe..the poorest place in america. There was no hurricane there, just grinding and unending poverty always. Send them money for heat this winter if you are able to. Let's help to build a battered women/children's center there and a school...my research showed that this was the best way to help the whole tribe, as the women who change themselves then turn around and change everything around them...(women's work is never done).
My sister told me.."rose, just contnue to show the way, and don't worry about anything other than that." I continue to manifest my love for jesus' teachings into actions that help end suffering of the most needy closest to my home.

just read how she was on ritalin as a child...virtually every kid who has gone on a shooting rampage in every school in america has a history of being given this drug as a youngster. They are often given these drugs when their parents are addicts or alcoholics and lack the patience to take care of their children. These poor kids become the symptom bearers for their brain addled parents like britneys parents were (are?). That ritalin lays the groundwork for oxycoton and all the other drugs, (meth, coke) that these same kids end up taking as young adults.
The pharma companies know that they are destroying an entire generation of school children but money is money to them. Like Bush knew that attacking an innocent country who had no army was an illegal and immoral act, but since our economy was actually destroyed on 9-11 ( the real conspiracy that we are not told about), he had to create a war in order to rev up the military industrial complex full steam in order to show "economic growth" for america's top corporations...which sadly are the ones that sell weapons and arms. This is the only american export business left. We stimulate the stock market when we bomb countries.
like johnny says...the American Christian Holy Trinity is actually:
1. talk about jesus and "hope"
2. make money at any cost
and
3. tax in order to build a huge military.

give voting a try!

come on ladies, stats show none of you hardly vote at all! Let's give it one last try this time. It is not unladylike to get out and vote your own interests! One hundred years ago women were not allowed to vote, and now they dont have time.
Hilary was smart to offer day care for free so that moms with kids could get out and vote. that's one up for old hil! If she wasn't married to bill, I would probably be more apt to vote for her, but Bill broke the backs of the working and poor people of this country worse than reagan even hoped to do. He signed nafta, and took away ADC.
EDWARDS KNOWS ITS POSSIBLE TO END THE WAR AND TURN THINGS AROUND FOR THE WORKERS IN THIS COUNTRY. Obama and Hil are both corporate shills, pro management and anti unions.

in iowa! he is the only candidate who votes against the war. both barak and hilary continually vote for it, and give bush all the money he asks for in order to keep the war going. the war is what is fueling the us economy right now, and that is disgusting to any decent person who has any ethics at all. When the United States of America creates a soldier class instead of a manufacturing class, there is no hope for justice or freedom left in this world at all.

first day of the year, and I took my coffee out to the temple I am building here in hawaii for the Goddess Pele, still the only goddess recognized as Ruler left on this planet.
Pele is getting hotter all the time and explodes here frequently. My photos of red hot lava will be posted here soon. Pele and me breathing out the breathing in.
I was able to successfully host the birthing of the gene of the cacao tree, not seen here on the island for generations.
I want to repopulate the earth with cacao trees.
I am naming Her Puck Alexander, after Pele, and my son, Buck (who like my tree, is also a test tube baby), and after Queen Cleopatra's son Alexander.
