My Integration Process

I must apologize to everyone on earth for thinking that I have anything special to say. I really don't, but I do like to pass on thoughts that come into my head. I am thinking that this is part of my integration process, and that now, I should just not speak some of these thoughts at all. My new goal is to say less, and write less too, so I can do more (in service to others). SORRY!!!!
