Jerry Garcia

To answer the jerry garcia question: The "dead" was booked on the roseanne show for halloween, and just the week before, jerry garcia died. I felt like he was guiding me on that particular episode, it is the one I directed and I felt he was coming to me in dreams and telling me to play his song titled "Brothers and Sisters", which I used as the soundtrack for that episode.

Domestic Goddess - Part 5 - Only Victims Ask Why

I saw Chi again after I had debuted in a television comedy that was about a woman who lost her union job at a plastics factory, took a series of minimum wage jobs, opened and lost two businesses, then her husband, and at her lowest point, began to write about a woman who wins the lottery and buys the town's plastics factory.

Chi came to New York to visit me and told me all about how she had been living in a village in South Carolina, where she had been made an oruban priestess. I already had been a mystic since I was very very young, and I was excited to hear more about everything.

We walked all over the city, and we saw a street fair, I picked up a voodoo dolly and she took a picture of me holding it up. The next time I saw her was when she summoned me to San Francisco, where she was living back amongst Black Lesbian good graces there.

We walked the streets smoking cigars dressed in black all night long for a few days.

Gangsters approached us, and remarked on how we were vulnerable. I will never forget chi looking at the leader of the group and saying very softly..."Your choice". She was scarier than DeNiro in taxi driver, and with that only, the guy backed off, and so did the ones with him. The Power of Presence is not well known to women. Mostly we know about the presence of absence, because demurring to power is all that was ever shown to work on our behalf.

She taught me how to grab people's thoughts as they passed by. I was a fast learner, and stand up comedy had helped me hewn that part of my awareness. We picked a man on a bus and when he got off, we got off. It was three am. We circled him slowly and clockwise saying nothing. "Slow his heartbeat". she demanded, and I did, after some resistance on my part to believing that it was so simple to do that.

"Why"? I asked over and over again, regarding a number of subjects. "I will tell you why", she promised, and after we left the man, humbler than before, and never to dare ever again to think he understood women, we went to the docks that overlooked Alcatraz. She told me there... "ONLY VICTIMS ASK WHY" I recognized that that was the truth, the deepest truth of all.

"I have a solution for all the shit that separates you and me" she said..."I will teach you, but then you will become a worthy opponent and we will never be able to see each other again." I sat stunned because I did not want to lose her again. I wanted to learn more than any other thing, though. I absorbed all that she taught me, and at the end of our last weekend together, she said to me.."Now when you walk down that hall and out that door, you are taking my ancestors with you and you are leaving yours here with me too." Everything of race and class and religion that ever separated us in any way was healed, and when I walked down her hallway that night, I felt all the African and all the Yoruban ancestors settle into my blood and make themselves my own. I could feel all my jewish forebears getting comfortable in her body, and at last leaving the exile of the western world for darker soil that felt like home.

Domestic Goddess - Part 4 - Wiccans and the Closing of the Bookstore

Before, we always argued to keep wiccans out, mostly because we felt that they were counter revolutionary, in that they settled for personal politics and sexual power games over Radical Feminist analysis of Socialism.

Also, too, the wiccans were still largely heterosexual and were fighting with their own lesbianing factioners over the issue of males leading their worship circles...the straight women preferred their husbands as Priestesses to lesbians, whom they said were "too male".

Chi and Bella used to make fun of the wiccans by grabbing old scarves and prancing in circles waving them around and singing in falsetto voices about how they were magic wood nymphs who were trying to teach "negroes" how to worship a white female as God.

Chi was an excellent musician, because her family members were considered some of america's jazz greats. I wrote my first comedy routine around that time...I strummed the acoustic guitar and sang in falsetto these words (think Holly Near):

"I was born twenty nine years ago
I didnt know it then, but I
was a Les-bi-an

I went to school
and got my msw
and now I drive a bmw.

I believe in freedom of the press
and Equal Rights for Whales..."
(then I would say "Bridge")
And say "have any of you guys
ever read atlas shrugged by ayn rand?
I really love that book I want to be a libertarian"

Then I would start hacking and coughing and bow and leave. Oh what a laugh I got from my dark skinned pals on that one!

We were desperate for more members in our collective though, and even though we snickered behind their magical backs, we admired the wiccans somewhat for at least being out of the cultural box enough to see Female Divinity.

It was all fun and games until someone got hurt, and someone did. The wiccans opened their faux castle door one day to find it smeared in chicken blood. They called it "being blooded", and they immediately closed down their witchy storefront and disappeared. We heard that some latina lesbian wiccans blooded them over letting white men lead their woodsy ceremonies.

When rational people ask me why it is that women are on the bottom of every group on earth, my answer is that women have developed the need to think the bottom IS the top, thanks to our religions and we are hopelessly lost in the victim/martyr mindset.

The solution for women is not the top at all, but the middle, where everything is drama'd down.

Continual celebration of spitting out more children to supply the fairy tales, has been forced on women, in the glorified "pedophilia-without-sex" called "Motherhood".

About this time, sister came up with the idea of reaching out to the Women at the University in Boulder. The Women's studies group there was busy standing powerlessly by as the Black History group was being dismantled, and because there was no groundswell to protest that development, due to the fact that white students were starting to claim that black students were getting preferential treatment on campus, all groups that had anything to do with racial or gender parity were disappeared too within a year or so.

The whole divide and conquer thing has never ever failed in making slaves out of everyone who chooses a side.

By 1982, everything that took root in the 60's was dead.

The collective was approached by a woman named carol chargingthunder, who was involved with Yellow Thunder, an Indian group that was fighting the government in South Dakota. She had been arrested for smuggling guns from central america through mexico and to the indian encampment. She came to us to ask if we could help her pay for attorney fees.

But, because she was a member of the armed services when she smuggled those weapons, we knew we could do nothing. She said she knew many soldiers were also becoming arms dealers too.

After that, Chi disappeared for a number of years, scared off by the fbi men who broke into her house looking for her. I was scared off too, and started closing down the bookstore, shipping the books out of america. It was devastating to lose all that international history written by women of every culture, but I still feel that the books are alive somewhere though, and when I read of women's parity groups in palestine and among the dalits of India and in parts of Africa, I think sometimes that the voices in those books are still unburned and living.

I think now too, of the genocidal gluttony that is destroying everything in Africa, and how we, at Woman to Woman Bookstore saw that all coming way back then, when race was a subject not yet taboo in America. Africa is our Mother, and this is the age of the motherless.

Domestic Goddess - Part 3 - Living in Interesting Times

I remember my dear friend, the woman who taught me about yoruba and africa disappearing for days, especially after the one time when she hid in her basement under a pile of dirty clothes, and was miraculously not seen by the mormon fbi agents who kicked in her door and asked her lover if she knew her whereabouts. Bella said no, and Chi just happened to be downstairs washing clothes when they burst in yelling, "get down Negro" to bella, Chi later said "what are the odds that my 250 lbs. would just fit under a pile of laundry? I can't believe they didn't see me there, or at least hear my breathing, or my pounding heart!"

What the fuck did you do I asked? She got quiet like she did when she was serious and she said "I tried to educate Black Children in Oakland." That was when I knew I was cursed, and indeed like the Chinese say, living in interesting times.

"I guess the goddess wants me to be out here still." she remarked, while turning the world over in her mouth like cud.

I said "Let's go check out that woman's group by the terminal annex, that group of witches there, and see if they want to join up with a bunch of black latina lesbian jews".

Chi: "yeah, maybe this women's movement could use some goddess energy."

Domestic Goddess - Part 2 - More and More Factions

The bookstore was dividing more and more into factions. I was the last of the straight women. Most of them had been run out of there by the lesbian separatists, who wanted no straight women in the collective. I stayed because I wanted to work with my sister, and I loved her lover as one loves one's in laws. The lesbians used to call me all kinds of names, from dikey - likey to closet case, and I would good naturedly tell them to go fuck a man. We kidded each other, and sometimes things got unmercifully tense as a result. Mostly, we saw each other as compatriots for choosing to stay in the collective at woman to woman because we were taking a multi-cultural, multi-racial position in the movement to international feminism.

Next faction, Lesbians who were self identified as Sado Masochists vs. the Lesbians who were Pagans vs. Lesbians who wanted to have "baster babies" vs. the Zionists vs. the socialists, and the transgendered vs. the Butch dyke...to see two of those folks fighting about being female was quite an eye opener for me.

About this time, I decided to become a stand up comic. My first act was written for an all black/jewish/latina lesbian audience. The first time I performed was in the basement of woman to woman bookstore, in the year of our white lord ronald reagon, 1980.

Domestic Goddess - Part 1 - Racism is Always Bad....

In the mid-late 1970's, I worked as part of a woman's collective that was called "Woman to Woman Bookcenter" on lower Colfax Ave, in Denver Colorado. Ours was a multi racial multi class group. We ran a woman's referral hotline. We called ourselves "feminists".

In late 1980, just after the reagan lanslide, the various services that our collective's rolodex offered/referred to the needy, were "unfunded" by the reagonites, who's sole purpose was to begin the dismantling of the middle class. The first step in this class warfare was to flood the streets with mental patients released from hospitals, thereby putting all the social burden of that on the mom/pop stores in the area, who almost immediately began to go out of business.

We saw our first glimpse of the future when an older woman, well known to all on colfax avenue's skid row, was taken down by two uniformed police officers, one of whom held her head to the pavement with his black boot. I ran outside to yell... "officer, what are you doing?" I had never seen the likes of it. "did she pull her fork on him?", I wondered. "get back in your shop!" he yelled. But I, indignant and suburban crossed the street anyway and said, "I want your badge number! I am reporting you!"

My sister Geraldine, and two big black lesbian women who worked there before me and sis joined in on the fight against "Patriarchy" (our commitment came from seeing what the mormon church in Utah did to defeat the Equal Rights Amendment) grabbed me by the arms and told me to get back in the shop and to shut up. This was my very first vision of what was coming to America.

I was then sheltered and schooled by black, latina and native american women who have long since been removed.

Back in the mid seventies, jewish and black and latino and native women used to hash out the old racism charges back and forth and it involved some blood too. By the time we found agreement, everyone white and middle class had left the collective and started to join together to build a gay and lesbian community center instead.

They were more comfortable joining ranks with white gay men than with black women who were almost obsessed with leveling charges of racism.

Sister and I stayed and were two of the four white women who chose "international feminism" over class/race. One of the books in our library said this same thing had happened before, back when feminists were trying to force suffrage, and turned the radical black women out of that group too, thereby weakening the entire anti-slavery movement. For her troubles, Susan B. Anthony was given her own silver dollar posthumously.

Sis and I flung back our charges of anti-semitism, yelled about zionism, cried and argued, admitted our racism, let go of it, and cried and argued some more.

We all, brown black and jewish, having agreed that feminism "Womanism" was the thing that mattered most, after years of inner and outer struggle, closed down the bookstore and shipped all of the books to palestine israel egypt and india, where we hoped they would be read and studied, now that no careerist feminists wanted them to live in denver anymore. The books at the new gay and lesbian center were all about sex and "gayety". No politics, no socialism, no feminist analysis. Those having been removed, the turn to republican money worship was encouraged amongst gays.

Racism is what killed the woman's movement...racism is always, always bad for white women and for gays too!!! Michael Richards' implosion is going to happen to more and more folks.

Speaking Respectfully and Truthfully

I just read the post about the white guy rant..I am so thrilled right now, about the level of discourse that exists there, and is beginning to take shape on RW. Thanks to all the great thinkers on that particular thread!!!

That was my hope in establishing this forum - for people to speak respectfully and yet truthfully to other people, especially those they disagree with, without rancor and hatred. In kaballistic terms, that is called balancing judgment with mercy. That is a cool meditative state. I will write about it sometime.

That meditation helped me find a way to speak to people I had severely wronged, and to ask their forgiveness, (which was given to me). That is a great feeling, the feeling that you have been forgiven by people you love.

America is at War With Itself

This is what I see happened to michael richards.. he doesn't know how to get into the zone...he NEEDS chops as a standup...chops are ALL!!!

He has a message in his heart to share, and that is that racism is alive and well in everyone, and that words are dangerous. Had he not gone into victim mode...(I am always talking on my call in show about how that is satan) he would have been able to shut those loud rude dudes down like you would to a friend who got on your nerves. He made them his enemy, because he got his internal satan working, and he tried to shut them up with being hipper than he thought they were... he did a lenny bruce impression, and he did it badly...all comics freak sometimes, like I did singing the anthem. You have got to stay detached from your everyday emotions on stage. I think showing the dark side is sometimes the best, not worst thing... first mel gibson, then OJ then michael richards...read my early blog...I say the goddess is exposing hypocrites and doing it fiercely!!!!

THE MESSAGE IS: america is at war with itself. race, class, and religion.

The Godfather of Right Wing Broadcasting

I remember when I did my fox show, called Saturday night special, which was reviewed as being better than snl...I called our folks there (kathy griffin, jennifer coolidge, bob rubin, and other comics..laura kightlinger warren hutchenson, etc) rupert murdoch's "ninnyhammer panopoly" and I had eric idle from monty python portray murdoch in our opening sketch... seeing rupe personally remove the oj special from his network cracked me up... he was so mad at me for making fun of him, that they cancelled the whole show after six episodes, even though it beat mad tv in the ratings and was well reviewed by Variety and other Hollywood press franchises... rupert murdoch is a bushie who can't even tell the difference between murder and entertainment, let alone social satire and political pandering. He paid lots of money to turn American journalism into yellow tabloid exploitation of news...everything gross about bush and rove could only have happened with rupert's, the godfather of right wing broadcasting's OK.

See Ya in Two Weeks

I send out love to my fans who "love to hate" me. Casting the first stone is really a drag, I have done it. It comes back to you pretty quick. Alot of time people who attack are lonely. Alot of times those who call others "hypocrites" are hypocrites themselves. I am an asshole at times, and so is everyone else. Minding your own business is a virtue more times than not, I find. When you mind your own business, you have time to work on yourself, and clean your own backyard. I am on vacation for two weeks, no call in show... I am sooo tired, love to you all, use this place the way you think is best, turn off the lights when you leave..bye!!! see ya in two weeks!!!

The Wicked Witch Needs a Vacation....

Hey you guys, I am going on a much needed vacation for about two weeks, to check on my dream house location.. I am going to build my dream house...it will look like the wicked witch's house and it is in a grove. For some reason I have always loved the wicked witch more than dorothy... I think I am the wicked witch in fact....I understand she has a right to her vendetta against dorothy, after all dorothys ignorance cause her sister's death, so dorothy like oj,...is being listened to, and the victim's family is derided.... there you go. If some little kansas type killed my sister I would want her to apologize, not steal her shoes and parade all over town in them, that bitch. It is not right to steal the shoes of someone who's death you causededs' sister!!!! Not if the sister wants them back! This was what I thought the wizard of oz was about...I freaked when I heard someone say its about no place like home...

Snapped....

michael richards lost his shit...he snapped.. every comic has snapped...its a dangerous tight wire and you have to be totally in the moment. I snapped in Vegas right after 9-11.. I started talking about god, and I had been warned, cuz I was told not to on the Roseanne show sitcom and on the talk show, but I just couldn't stop doing it anyway. I just want to talk about god and tha's about all..I think many say that means I am crazy..oh well, I guess I am crazy then...

Comic Relief was cool... anna lopez fucking rocks george is so lucky to have a fat girl for a wife!!!!! louis ck is funny....debra wilson who did the bravest thing of the night...impersonate oprah winfrey and do a better oprah than oprah does now that she is hanging out with jennifer aniston...who is a funny girl , with a black girl's ass too!!!! sarah silverman is the bravest and most ballsy of any comic working today, and jimmy is a funny funny bastard too, and so sweet, almost 'SLOW'...but really quick.. he is slow and quick, that's adorably funny, and he knows funny if he is with sarah, she said no one has ever treated her better..now that is good...some of the jewish girls who come here get dumped after they do all the work....then the jews marry the asians, after the shiksa I mean...third marriage, asian...CHINA TOTALLY OWNS OUR COUNTRY NOW, AND WE ARE THE NEW SLAVES OF THE WORLD. Meditation Breathing - Step Two

for kawnswellah and other meditators:

STEP TWO...
(See meditation post below for step one - middle path)

Take a cleansing breath in then out... then... begin the three part exercise of breath, when you are breathing in for ten, think about the crown of your head being a computer that is downloading all the holy information that exists...then while holding, think about containing that holy info that scans your body to rid it of any virus... when releasing for ten count, think about passing the sacred info into the natural world, where all green things need it in order to breathe...(they breathe in what we breathe out). This reconciles opposites and strengthens your middle.

When your middle (cup) is full, your need to share will grow stronger.

Satan Again

To those of you who are talking about what I mean by "satan", let me say again, for about the FOUR hundredth time.

SATAN IS THE INCLINATION TO SEPARATISM THAT LIVES IN EACH ONE OF US THAT CAUSES US TO THINK WE ARE RIGHT, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE WRONG.

IT CAUSES US TO ACT UPON THE WORLD IN A VICTIM PARADIGM THAT JUSTIFIES FORCE, AND ATROCITY ON THOSE WHO ARE "DIFFERENT" THAN WE.

THERE IS NO LIVING PERSON WHO IS FREE OF THIS NEGATIVE INCLINATION.

MEDITATION IS A WAY OF QUIETING IT.

THERE ARE NO BEINGS OUTSIDE OF US, THEY ARE ALL IN OUR OWN HEARTS/MINDS/ SOULS.

WE REFERENCE/CONJURE THEM WHEN WE NEED TO ATTACK ANOTHER, BECAUSE WE FEEL SMALL.

To rebuke what is vile inside of your own mind is about the only real good thing you can do on this planet. Hope I have made myself clear. I do not buy into any man made religious tennants, and believe that they are all based on child abuse and mind control. Talking About God

Getting all kinds of people talking about god in different ways is a way we can come to agreement. Agreement is what god is all about, and peace too, and sharing, and unity. To hear what people actually think, without a church or state to interfere correct, imprison, outlaw, ban, crusade against is the meaning of real freedom...god is about freedom too. please let me hear what you have to say, and please respect people when they say things, do not rush to condemn correct or judge...just listen...we are being trained to turn away from listening to each other, because that way we will not know how to listen to god inside our minds...we will just be robots then...perfect soldiers, perfectly obedient drones of satan...who we mistake for god!!!

Meditation Breathing

For meditation breathing...kawnswellah and others...just breathe normally, but count to ten while you are drawing the breath in. Then hold it calmly for ten, then blow out for ten.. no one should be able to tell that you are altering your breathing at all...make it so calm that it is noticeable only to you. By doing this, you are opening your mind's middle path. The middle is when you are holding the breath, and not breathing in or out, just for a quick ten count. While you are holding in the middle of this three part breath exercise...think about the breath being god's breath.

More Time on God...

Today barak obama joined in the acorn movement and is calling upon walmart to pay its workers decent wages. I am so proud to have had anything to do with making people pay attention to the realities of working people in america!!! Now everyone is doing it and I am glad... I will have more time to talk about god now, which is what I love the most. By the way, she wants barak and oprah and all other black people who have a lot of money to give acorn huge donations. Black people who are rich in this country, give appallingly little charity to organizations that help black working class people get a better deal. They give their charity money to museums, and colleges, which is a way of saying they are pulling the ladder up with them as they get richer. Condoleeza Rice is the greatest example of this self hating racist affront to the whole of black working class americans. I am going to take my camera to watts and post what I see here.. it is like iraq in the inner city LA...while speilberg gives money to warmongers in the middle east and advocates for swartzeneger, who's racist policies for inner city LA are vile and disgusting. It is time to unmask our "heroes" our "stars" as being the hideous corporate shills and greedy bastards that they are...

How Many People Have 100 Million??

Do you guys know how many people have over 100 million dollars in the bank in our country? Thousands and thousands and thousands of people do. These people pay almost no tax too, but the only money they give is to lobbyists to make sure that none of their money gets taxed, so that they can pass it down to their heirs when they die, and not have to tax the money even then. The churches in this country exist only to serve this class of people...they do almost nothing about poverty and america's refugees who are citizens of america... america is building a wall not to keep mexicans out, but to keep them in, because they are desperate and hardworking and will do the jobs for cheaper than americans will. Most of the illegals work below minimum wage...not americans...by hiring illegals, the billionaire"christian" class has to spend less of its piles of tax free money that it just keeps hoarding. When it does give any money to anything, it goes to arms sales and government contracts that involve blowing innocent children up and then building schools for them. As the dead children pile up over seas, they talk about respect for the unborn.

WATCH THE SCHOOLS, THAT IS WHERE EVERYTHING IS GOING DOWN IN THE US...There were big piles of money for public education, the bush family goes wherever money is piled up and empties that pile into their own pockets, and the pockets of their friends...then as they rob and plunder the people blind, they invent a fake slogan that says "no child left behind"..that really means the right to put military recruiters on high school campuses, for the kids who fall behind in the too much irrelevant homework to keep up anymore category... for instance more than half of the African american children in LA drop out of high school, because they do not have time to do the extra three hours of homework and perform their minimum wage job that their families need.. so they drop out, and get recruited into the army, called a hero, sent to war with no armor, just to die so that cheney's friends can pocket the contract money to blow up more Iraqi schools and rebuild them. The ruling class here feels.."let's not bother to even educate kids in the public schools, after all the children of blacks and browns and native americans do not need to know science and math to work in the slave class". This actually means the money from our taxes is being re-apportioned to the rich and their kids education. Thanks to bush, just posting the" ten commandments" in the school means it is a private school, and therefore is able to get the money that should go to public education...rich white Christians in this country only like god when he helps them steal money from the poor...how they can go on talking about how they worship a man who had no money and no fixed address, and who hated religion is amazing to me. After studying the teachings of kabballah, and seeing jesus for who he truly was, I decided I'm not going to let them have him, without a fight from me. This is indeed a monarchy and the workers are serfs here, thanks to reagan, the rich white man's jesus. Because of this unpardonable thievery and collusion, getting killed in iraq or a dozen other war zones that bush creates is the only way your kids can get dental/health insurance. Joining the army is the best job a working person with kids can get now. WORK MAKES FREE!!! WAR IS PEACE!!!! Starvation is fashion!!!!

Higher Ground

The jewish organizations in germany helped to round up all the jews and deport and kill them. It could not have happened without jewish help. In this country right now, jewish leaders are selling the peace and the security of jewish citizens of America.

Israel needs to change too, it needs democracy as much as, if not more than any other country. I pray for the Light of Hashem to illuminate the actions of the Israeli leaders so that peace and justice can exist in Israel/Palestine. China is Next

Bush is going to declare war on china next, I swear....they are threatening our subs, and they are on the side of Iran. this is countdown to gog and magog, ladies and gentlemen, and Israel is the target. Many of my jewish friends are emigrating to Israel now, to stand with the jewish people there who chose herzl's interpretation of marx, over stalin's version, and hitler's version. The left continues to fragment and faction, while the right continues to gather power. It knows now that it needs to disperse some of it back to the masses, to quell any possibility of revolt. I commit myself even further to my teacher's teachings, the real prince of peace.

At my niece's bat mitzvah, this weekend, I told the rabbi there that jews must make peace with other jews immediately. it is scary times ahead for jews...(Israel does not make jews safer) I have found that kaballistic meditation helps to lower my fear levels, so that I act more out of sharing than hoarding...(love not fear)...I will begin to write now about rabbi yeshua ben joseph, and his holy mother, the priestess Miriam and his best friend rabbi shimon bar yochai. Many of you were there in the old roseanneworld when I did that before and remember the stories I told then. There were 24,000 kaballah students in Rome. They were studying with rabbi akiva...look him up.....he is a legend, and the father of modern day judaism too...these students were being taught to become priests in the temple. The temple was where the brain (server) was housed, and the teachings were the hard drive. The priest class were all watching downloaded images. There is only one everything was the holy message. The brain dispersed justice and could do that because it remained independent of any and all governments...like the vatican now...Imagine the vatican fell under attack...to posses it meant access to a majority piece of all the world's money, art, and unpublished information about european history. The jewish temple was the seat of all that was left of egyptian wisdom that had been taken by it's favorite son, and dispelled to all the lower classes who had never possessed it before without a state-approved intercessor...the wisdom of the gods was dispersed and went east. Then north then west now south. The next part of the holy book is to be written in chinese. Look for it soon.

Dems, Don't Be Mistaken....

Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the dems who mistakenly think this was a victory for THEM, or their party, listen up:

WE want Bush to answer for our dead children in the armed services, and for what he has done to the Iraqi people, who did NOTHING to us!!! WE want the money that bush/cheney inc, stole from our treasuries to be repaid to our schools and hospitals, where they stole it from in the first place!

Bush is hungrily eyeing the pile of money left in SS, and he is not going to give up. He feels that God wants him to trick the entire country into helping him bring back the Confederacy, and a Plantation economy, with browns/blacks on the bottom and White Christians on top..like it always has been in this country. Don't think we don't know that a high functioning stock market really means even less pensions, and benefits going to the people who do the work, and instead being hoarded into the pockets of greedy folks at the top... you all will have to pay more to the workers whether you like it or not...trickle up economics is over...

Don't try to bullshit us into accepting that the congress and the senate are acting in our interest by merely "getting along" with the President. He is already tricking you all into not noticing who is being appointed to the cia right now...more unqualified cronyism. Bush needs to be stopped, and so do the forces that propel and control him. Do not be fooled by the win...the fight will get even harder now and we want you to do what we sent you to do...We want no more taxation without representation!!!! We want no more privatized armed forces and prisons...we want no more privatized schools, we want no more privatized police we want no more privatized water. I have heard people say that the vote meant the dems have moved right, that the moderate republicans are the ones who got voted out and that the new dems that won are actually soft core repubs. This all seems true enough, especially if you are a republican leaning dem like Leiberman is, and like Hilary is.

This is what the vote really means to me:
The people came out to choose the lesser of two evils, as always, since there is no real choice in american politics, and never has been since fdr. That's just a given. The real deal that went down is that the cabal of the rich was bypassed by taking the working class issue of the minimum wage to the states, where it passed every single time. This represents the will of the people to take this government and the issues that effect the majority out of the hands of legislative body, and into its own hands. The will of the people stood in line, searched through garbage, looked on and over the shoulder of vote counters and others who in collusion with power have subverted democracy over decades and decades. This is the first time that this has ever happened in america. The people want democracy in the USA and the people got it. While they are drunk on the possibilities that brings to them, I vow to use this website for the next two years to preach as much as I can for the next step in the democratic process...New parties and new rules...Libertarian and Green. Repubs and dems are pretty much the same thing and neither of them really represents the will, the hope and the power of the american people. The people know how it works now. This government could actually become of, by, and for the people, which as old Abe Lincoln rightly predicted is the only way it will not perish from the earth. No government that runs like a pyramid scheme lasts.

We Made Democracy Work

The american people are indeed pro-life. That is not just bullshit rhetoric. They are pro life for humans and pro life for the planet. They acted in all that was decent about themselves, and all that was decent about their country. When they saw the signs, they changed their minds.

WE MADE OUR VOICES HEARD,(THOSE OF US WHO FOUGHT AND DIED IN THE SIXTIES). WOMEN ARE FINALLY IN FULL CONTROL OF THIS COUNTRY, AND AS ITS MOTHERS, WE WANT WHAT IS BEST FOR ALL KIDS, NOT JUST A FEW OF THEM. WE ARE THE DECIDERS. THE WAR BEGINS TO END NOW!!! WE WILL HOLD THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE ALL THE WAY, AND HILARY THAT MEANS YOU TOO!!!! THEY WORK FOR US FOLKS, THEY FORGET THAT FROM TIME TO TIME, BUT WE SERVE THEM UP A NICE REMINDER WHEN IT'S DUE, DONT WE???

Plain Spoken English

I think we need to demand that the language on the ballots is plain spoken english...I thought yesterday that they are purposely double speaking to confuse the average american, the dirty lawyer bastards. People are probably trying to support gay marriage in their minds, and it comes out anti... everything the rich do is to steal money from the working people... that's how they got rich in the first place, and how they stay rich now... divide and conquer... rule by confusion... people are getting too smart for these antichrists now!!! I raised this generation, and now I must command it. America your children are diverse in color and nation, and language too. I saw my work dismembered. I went mad. Then I got even. Then I went mad....then I healed. Now I laugh. Now I help other people...what a concept! Its occurring to alot of people right now that to help is the greatest high of all...but the next step is to figure out how to help with no ego, and that is a funhouse mirror for those of us in show bidness. It comes down to giving away your own money.......

Ohio

I remember being in Ohio on election day 2004. We were in an Acorn storefront and it was snowing and cold. We knew going in that Diebold would steal the election there, like they had the election before in Florida. Of course we all know now that did indeed happen. People were saying that if bush lost the election, he would very likely declare marshall law. The thing that we all held onto after the election was stolen again, was the knowledge that the American people are good, and in reality they elected Al Gore and John Kerry.

Most of all I remember the tireless work of the black citizens who could see Iraq looming in their future, and who stood in line in the snow with their little kids for up to four hours to vote. I took Buck to Kent State and showed him that this was where the government shot at unarmed students and killed four of them who were protesting against another war back when I was younger. While in Ohio, we talked to people on the street, and in the cafes and bars and convenient stores. Not one of them, not one, supported Bush. Some wanted to vote for nader, but most were kerry-edwards supporters. We were surprised that even the business owners opposed bush.

We were all so disappointed when Kerry conceded, because there were people in place to force a recount, and to expose Diebold for its fraudulent hoax on the state of Ohio and the country. As Stalin said.."it's not who votes, it's who counts the votes"

The rove/bush/cheney snicker looms large again. Every shabbat since then I have meditated to send their karma back to them... it has energized me. It is so sick to see that everything they do is to deny the people who do the real work that brings the food to our tables, a living wage.

Despite their government's thieving and lying, the people of Ohio will vote again today.

Meditation Troubles?

For people who are trying the meditation I am posting here and having trouble: Let me demonstrate it here before you try it again... it shouldn't take more than TEN minutes! I think I need to just show you and I will do that next week...until then, try it just breathing shallow and normal, not big deep breaths or you will get light headed...

I better just show you!! Its hard when you are just writing things...without demonstrating them. This meditation is different than others, and any of them can work... find one that you can do effortlessly.

High Transmitter Mode

I am praying (meditating) and I am in high transmitter mode tonight that the people of this country will decide to vote for sharing instead of hoarding. That they will vote for community instead of religion and that they will vote for peace instead of greed.

I pray for the jewish people in this country to vote for peace in the world, instead of warmongering and separatism.

Arnold's a Disgrace!

Arnold Swartzenegger is a disgrace to California and to America. He is a shill for the richest people who mean the most harm to working folks. I was disgusted when almost all of hollywood came out in support of him. His policies that they love to explain as being "fiscally conservative and socially liberal" are bullshit. You can't create any social policies without money. Instead of taxing the corporations and the ultra wealthy, he takes the money he needs for roads from the schools and the emergency rooms/hospitals. He is about borrowing and his friends will make millions just on the interest of the money they put up for him to paint a fake happy face on crumbling Cali infrastructures. He is starving for attention and approval from rich people.

Though I never thought I would agree with the xtian rightwingers, he is the perfect example of why we indeed need to stop teaching evolution in the schools. He is a musclebound neanderthal and a bullying borrowing bullshitter who sits at the feet of the people who will do anything to destroy unions and any hope for the working poor. (The california growers who put Reagan, the destroyer in power). Jay Leno singlehandedly got arnold elected, and arnold and oprah got bush elected. They should all have to pay their fair share of taxes for that one...I couldn't think of anything scarier to the rich growers, broadcasters, politicians, and evangelicals than that!!! To have to honestly pay their fair share repulses them, like garlic to vampires.

Hacking Democracy

on HBO they are showing a documentary..."hacking democracy" that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that bush stole both presidential elections. I was a witness of his stealing Ohio, as I was there on election day with michael moore, and watched as black voters were prevented from voting all over that state.

I am concerned about the black people in our country right now... I know that many many of them were put onto trucks after katrina and lots of them are missing and no one is looking for them... this is horrifying to me, and I really do believe it is just like what happened to the jews in germany in the early thirties....large portions of the population of working class and poor people are being detained, re-located imprisoned and disenfranchised, and now that they will soon take our passports, I do not know how we can escape what is coming. Concentration or detainee camps are going up in every single state. This is not a fantasy or a paranoia..it is the real truth. Racist America is coming back stronger than ever, and it spouts words of jesus, and talks about freedom, but it is really fascism, and military dictatorship.

I asked the Kaballah center for help in exposing this horror that mirrors what happened to jews in germany, was treated like a crazy person, and told how excited they were to be building an orphanage to help blacks in Africa with Madonna... This is admirable of course, but we who care about America need to start adopting the black population HERE, NOW.

No high school has been built for twenty years in LA for inner city areas. We have all agreed somehow that public school, prison and the military are for the black population's kids. The right to vote has been fought for by our black population for six generations here... have the plantation owners figured out how to have their revenge on abolition? They are the same people, and they are the same hands. The ultra wealthy industrialists and war profiteers, exactly the same who made Hitler the new leader of Germany.

Meditation Today

What great reviews I got across the country for my special!!! Very nice 54th birthday present for a tired old lady such as yours truly is today.

Meditating today (Shabbat...seventh day) brings energy for the entire week... lasting til next sat....consuela, you said you felt the connection...when you do it the next time, you must incorporate slowing down your pulse by a few beats...count it before and after....posts about meditation are good but not what I practice...I practice the "Lord's Prayer" meditation...it is as good as any other and its familiar to us so that is a good thing...

"Our father who art in heaven" means:
"Energy of creation, which lives in my highest thought"....

"hallowed be thy name" means:
"who gives me the power to unite my right and left brain's functions"

"thy Kingdom come thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" means:
"I merge with the power of the holy, and give up my separateness from it in the service of uniting spirit and matter."

"Give us this day our holy bread, and deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever...amen" means:"
"We are the cup,and the cup contains all the power of what fills it...We are not just human, but we contain God"

Amen means:
"agreed and sealed"

Doing this meditation removes discord and brings unity of the soul mind body and earth.

God is the most interesting subject...

...to me of all the subjects and permutations that exist in the world. Always it has been like that. I am old and I do what I want. I am so lucky to have this site where I can program my own little teevee network!!!

Steps for Meditation

Breathe in counting to ten, saying in your mind that you are bringing the highest holy (oxygen) in through the crown of your head

Then hold for ten, saying in your mind that you are holding and dispersing that holy breath throughout your body.

Then blow out for ten, saying in your mind that you are blowing out the negative that the plants/ecosystem needs to breathe in (co2).

And then do it nine more times....

The first group of ten will download the good energy/information into the top of your head, your right brain and your left, and all the holes in your head.

The second group of ten will cleanse/disseminate the data into your mouth and your tongue and your throat..

Send the energy down through your body

The third group of ten will cleanse/instruct your arms/hands, your trunk and your internal trunk organs.

The fourth arms and your hands and your fingers

The fifth your spine and your sexual organs

The sixth will your bowels/all digestion parts

The seventh your thighs/(strength)

The eighth your legs/( your actions)

The ninth will bring down all the energy into your feet.

The tenth time will send it out of your being and into the earth where you stand and connect to all that is alive

One more set is for good measure, for extra mile energy... that is where we all need to be now, those who want to remain strong. We must choose to go the extra mile, on behalf of everything good. The extra mile is all in your head... do one more set of breaths and tell yourself that you are adding to the good on behalf of the whole world....your breaths are numbered, and it is holy to share them in service to your fellow man/woman/child. You will immediately experience less depression and less confusion. When it returns, do it again… repeat through the day... works even if you are on meds, but more slowly.

Retirement

Well, this last hurrah of mine has been a great learning experience. I did something from beginning to end, which has been a difficult task for me.

When I first went into therapy for mental illness, I had to shift my focus. My focus had been on show business and the roseanne show for a decade. I realized that I was chasing the devil and not god, as I had mistakenly come to believe.

My selfishness destroyed everything I truly loved, from my sense of wonder and my joy of creating words, to my mother and my father's very lives. My children's lives were affected negatively too. I gave myself wholly to the idea of healing. It was hard hard work, and there were many times I felt I could not go on another second.

Those times, I see now were what is commonly called the "dark night of the soul". I could not even ask for help, my depression became severe.

On September 11, 2001, I turned on the news and saw the second World Trade Center building burning. On that day came what is referred to commonly as that "still small voice inside me".

What a surprise to hear it for the first time, very very clearly and with no "radio waves obscuring it". It has become intoxicating to me now, and I cannot live without hearing it. I will do anything it takes to listen to it... sell all of my possessions, and even give them away if it interferes in any way with my ability to access/dial that voice, summon it, and connect to it. It feeds me, and nurses and comforts me in ways that nothing else ever has. I am in service to it totally now and find I must pretty much retire from the culture at large at least for a while. To work in show biz is depleting to me now. I hope to be able to make appearances occasionally and be on stage. Stage is the best place of all on earth to me, and always was. When I can go there and be a channel for that voice I love to connect to, I will selfishly try to do that. I am now in the Jehovah's witness protection program, and I will be testifying to you all on wed. nights here on my site...

Today Our Mind, Tomorrow the World

Tonight's call in show had a lot of problems...we are learning about video streaming and experimenting with lots of technologies...check back and see as things develop.

I sat stunned for a while after the calls we got, because a few of them were so depressing, as it always is to think about or discuss child abuse/mental illness. I think all I can do is to offer the little bit of wisdom and techniques I have learned during my lifetime of trying to heal.

I know what I am saying is not the normal thing...but results are what count, and I have healed from a fragmented dissociative to a highly aware and unified mentality. (NOT PERFECT, but better).

I healed myself from years of study and years of practice in meditation (deep internal prayer). I also had a great therapist, Dr. Colin Ross, who has written many, many books on trauma and dissociation, (check Amazon books) and will write about my treatment soon...Between Dr. Ross, and the power of Kaballah (JESUS' TEACHINGS) and some flower/plant medications, I no longer feel separate from God.

The most powerful thing that Satan does is to cause children to feel separate from God. He does that by tricking children into thinking that God is outside of them, and that God requires their silent suffering.

How wonderfully healing it was to find out that God in fact requires NOTHING from any human being, and never ever did and never ever will. He/She/It makes itself available to us if we know how to access the energy/spirit/force. WE can do this and thereby END ALL SUFFERING ON EARTH, once we stop fighting over who is right and wrong about cosmic truth and actually access that cosmic truth to heal the entire internal ecosystem....

It only requires a small number of people who know how to access God to join together and transform humanity. Some holy book says only thirteen people are needed to act on/cause the next evolution of human consciousness.

Today's lesson:

If you feel you need an apology from your abuser in order to heal, that means that the direct action you must take in the world is to seek to apologize to someone you have harmed.

To be aware of the damage you inflicted on another person requires all the strength that you will ever have. This is a strength that God gives you and you can find God in your own heart. The fact that you can see yourself as an abuser rather than a victim is crucial in healing.

When you can see your own "sins" you can then activate the power of repentance. That power is the most transformative spiritual armor that exists for us here on this planet. To activate it, you MUST get out of victim mode...Victim mode paralyzes all healing work. Seeing yourself as an abuser, makes the paradigm shift, and "THE EVERYTHING" BECOMES CLEARER...

If you have ever accepted the dictates of those in power and ignored the warnings coming from the opposition, you have acted cowardly and in compliance with child abusers. Iraqi children are being abused/murdered/tortured in your name, and with your tax dollars. The people of Iraq did nothing to us. We the people of the United States will be judged for the leaders we allow, and for what they do in our name. God wants us to put an end to the suffering of the world's children.
