Some of us want to see Tel Aviv as that city, holding the patent on the genome for human life, and weaving a new world’s inhabitants into formation through eugenics.
Some of us think SLC Utah is that city.
Some of us think The Vatican is that city.
Some Berlin and some Istanbul.
