my 30 minute chicken soup:

nice greek olive oil, half cup yellow onion 2 smashed garlic and half c. green peppers…saute, sprinkle with sour salt, sweet paprika and tsp sugar
add to pot with
chicken buillion, tons of carrots and celery hearts, and cut up leftover chicken, cover with water, cook til carrots are soft, then add egg noodles…cover and cook for twenty or so minutes…yummy
