peter.. you have been channeling light and meditating while posting here. That is the reason this place exists, as I also use rw as a place to bring down (in words) higher Mind. Higher Mind Heals. It is a battery. Bring it down into the earth now, go stand in your yard and grab something green, rub it between your fingers until its oil, then put that finger up your nose and breathe deep.
